House Rules
The Backyard patio area is a somewhat of a common ground for our guest. Our guest will have access to the firepit area but not the deck that connects to our house's back door. Our guest will have first access to our firepit and patio. However, we may message you to ask if you plan to use it (we hope you do!). If not, we may enjoy the area ourselves and you are always invited to join us.
Other house rules:
No events or parties.
No smoking inside.
No pets.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew 9:00pm-7:00am.
Please keep thermostat between 66-74. Please turn AC to 72 when leaving for the day during summer months.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Check-in 200:pm - Check-out 12:00pm
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes. There are instructions and supplies for this above the sink.
Please take the trash out to the labeled "Guest" dumpster in the driveway before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
